Sai X Ray Clinic

You can find us over in Vijay Nagar, right on the Alpha School Road. We’re near the Medlife Hospital in the Kalewadi area. Sai X Ray Clinic isn't a huge place, just a few rooms dedicated to taking pictures of bones and whatever else the doctors need to see. Being on the school road means it gets very loud around three in the afternoon when all the kids are heading home. We have these big machines that take up most of the room. They’re a bit older but they still do the job. The walls are thick, as you’d expect for an X-ray place. We spend a lot of time in the dark or under those dim lights while we wait for things to process. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s important for the folks in Vijay Nagar. Sometimes people come in quite worried because they’ve had an accident, and we just try to get the images done quickly so they can get on with their treatment. The waiting area has a few benches and a clock that’s usually a couple of minutes fast. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine or a big staff. It’s just a couple of us handling the equipment and the paperwork. We’ve been here for a while now and we know the local rhythm of the street and the school. It's just a regular, working clinic. It gets the job done. We're just a small outfit.
