Sai Stone

Down in Haveli, specifically at Gopal Patti in Mayuri Bk, you will find Sai Stone. It is a quiet enough spot compared to the city. We have our yard here where we keep all the stone. We don't have a big staff. It's mostly just a few of us. We handle the cutting and the loading ourselves. The work is hard on the back, but we are used to it by now. People from the surrounding villages come to us. We don't do much advertising. Most people just hear about us from their neighbors. Sai Stone has been at this location for some time. We like the space we have here. It’s enough for what we do. We aren't trying to change the world. We just provide stone for houses and walls. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to work outside, but we manage. We aren't very formal. You can just walk in and talk to us. We don't wear suits or sit in air-conditioned rooms. It’s a dirty job, but someone has to do it. We see a lot of tractors and small trucks coming through. We help them load up and they head back to their sites. It's a simple life at Gopal Patti. We know the people around here. They know where to find us if they need stone. We just keep the yard organized and wait for the next customer. We don't have a fancy office, just a small shed for when it rains.
