Sahyadri Hospitals Ltd is located out in New AhireWarje Malwadi. This part of town has grown quite a bit recently. You can see new buildings going up all the time, but we are settled in our spot. The commute for some of us involves navigating the traffic, which can be a bit of a headache in the mornings. Once you get inside the building, things settle down. It’s a functional space designed for getting work done. We don't have any marble floors or gold-lettered signs. It’s just a regular building with windows that look out over the Malwadi area. The staff here is a mix of people from all over the city. We spend our time checking charts, talking to visitors, and making sure the supplies are stocked up. It’s a lot of walking back and forth through the corridors. New AhireWarje Malwadi has its own vibe, a bit quieter than the very center of the city but still busy enough. We like being here because it feels like we are right where the people live. There’s no corporate polish on how we speak to each other. We just use plain English and get to the point. That’s how things work at this branch. We show up, do the shifts, and go home to our families. It’s a routine that works for everyone here and we don’t see any reason to change it up.
