Our campus is at Survey No 21/2 on the Rahatani Link Road. It’s a big site in the Rahatani part of Pune, and we have quite a few different institutes all sharing the same general space. This means there are people of all ages around, from small children to young adults attending different courses. The Rahatani Link Road is usually quite busy, so there’s a lot of traffic at the start and end of the day which we have to manage. Inside the gates, it’s a bit more organized, though still very lively with people moving between buildings. We have several blocks for the different departments and levels of schooling. The grounds are large enough for sports and other activities, which is good because the students really need the space to breathe. The classrooms are fitted with basic desks and chairs, and we try to keep the fans working during the hotter months of the year. It’s a lot to manage, keeping all the different sections running on time every single day. The office is usually the busiest place on campus, with parents coming in for various things throughout the day. We have a lot of staff members who have been here for years, so they know the layout like the back of their hand. It’s a very practical, hardworking environment where everyone has their own routine to follow. You can always find someone heading to or from a lecture or a meeting.
