Rustam Clinic

This version of Rustam Clinic is situated in the Red Cross House on Mahatma Gandhi Road. It’s a very central spot, right near the Canara Bank and not far from Wonder Land. Because we are on MG Road, it’s always loud with horns and people walking by. The building is an old one, the kind with heavy doors and thick walls. Inside, the clinic is pretty basic. We have the standard setup with a small reception area and a few exam rooms. It can get a bit cramped when we have five or six people waiting at once. Being near the bank means we get a lot of office workers popping in during their lunch breaks. We try to move things along, but sometimes things take longer than expected. We don’t use any high-tech scheduling software; we just write names down in a big ledger. The window in the back looks out onto an alleyway, which isn't much of a view, but it lets in some light. It’s a practical place for people who work or shop in the city center. We keep some water in a dispenser for the patients. There’s no big sign with neon lights, just a simple plaque on the door. It’s a modest place where we do our best to look after the folks who stop by while they’re out doing their errands on MG Road.
