It’s more of a comfortable, slightly cluttered space where work actually happens. We’ve got stacks of files and a few plants that we try to keep alive by the window. The sounds of the city are part of our daily life here—the traffic, the vendors, the distant sirens. It’s not quiet, but it’s lively. We don't have a marketing department or anyone telling us how to speak to people. We just talk to them like we’d talk to our own neighbors.
