Ruby Hall Clinic

You can find us in Building 5 A, over in Patil Complex. We're in Flat 21, which is on Aundh Road in the Khadki area. It’s a busy stretch of road, especially during the morning rush. The complex itself is quite large, so it can take a second to find the right entrance the first time you visit. Ruby Hall Clinic has been here for a bit now, and we’ve seen shops come and go downstairs. It’s a very mixed area with a lot of different things happening at once. Our office is just a regular flat converted into a workspace. It’s got that lived-in feel, maybe a bit cluttered with papers and books, but we know where everything is. We chose this spot because it's easy for people in Khadki and Aundh to reach us without having to drive all the way into the city center. The parking can be a bit of a headache on Saturdays, but that’s just how it is around here. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have been working together for years. We keep things pretty informal. If the phone rings, one of us picks it up. If someone walks in, we chat. It’s a practical way to run things, and it keeps us from getting too stressed out by the little stuff. We focus on the work every day.
