Ruby Hall Clinic

You can find us at No. 40 Sassoon Road. This is one of the more central spots for Ruby Hall Clinic. Being on Sassoon Road means we are right in the middle of a lot of history and old buildings. The trees along the road give a bit of shade, which is nice during the hotter months when the sun is beating down on the pavement. We have people coming in from all over the city because this location is so well known to everyone. It’s a big operation here, and sometimes it can feel a little overwhelming when you first walk in through the doors. There are signs everywhere trying to point people in the right direction, but we still have folks asking where to go for their blood tests or X-rays. Our staff tries to be helpful, even when they are tired from a long night shift or a busy morning. The building itself has a lot of character, though it’s definitely seen better days in terms of the paint job and the general wear and tear. We spend most of our time focusing on the patients rather than worrying about how the lobby looks to a stranger. There’s a lot of coffee being drank in the breakroom to keep everyone going through the day. It is a fast-paced environment, and you have to be on your toes to keep up with everything. We see a huge variety of cases every day, from minor things to more serious stuff. It’s just our daily reality.
