Ruby Ceramics Pvt. Ltd. is situated over in the MIDC area of Bhosari, specifically at Plot No. 435 and 436 in the J Block. Being in an industrial zone means it is always loud with the sound of machinery and trucks moving around. We have been at this location for years, and the building has seen a lot of wear and tear. Our focus is mainly on ceramic products, and the warehouse is pretty much filled to the ceiling with crates. It is not the kind of place you come to for a quiet chat, but we get things done. Most days start early, before the sun gets too hot, so we can organize the shipments. We have a small office tucked away in the corner where the paperwork gets sorted out. It is often messy with piles of invoices and delivery notes. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that, just a few of us who know the inventory inside out. If someone calls asking for a specific batch, we usually have to walk out into the heat of the shed to check the labels. It is practical work. We deal with other businesses mostly, people who need large quantities and don't care about a shiny showroom. The yard is paved but has plenty of cracks from the heavy loaders.
