Rishabh Stones

We are located at Sr. No. 29/12B-2, right on the Katraj Mumbai Highway in Ambegaon, Budruk. Rishabh Stones has been operating from this location for quite some time now. Being near the highway means we get a lot of dust and noise, but it's a practical place for a stone business because of the logistics. We have a lot of space here to keep our inventory of different stones. It’s mostly just a regular yard with some sheds for the more delicate pieces. We don't have any corporate training or fancy sales pitches. We just show the slabs and tell people what they are looking at. Working in Ambegaon, Budruk, you get to meet all sorts of people, from local builders to families doing up their first home. Most of our day is spent moving heavy stuff around. It's not glamorous work. My boots are always dusty and the office is just a small corner with a desk and a few ledgers. We don’t really use the internet much for business; we prefer it when people just show up and see the stone for themselves. It’s easier to see the real color and texture that way. We stay open late most nights because the highway is always busy. It’s a simple life, focused on the slabs and the customers who need them. We just try to keep things moving and stay out of trouble. It's really just stone and grit.
