Rewachand Bhojwani Academy

Located at 5 Stavely Road, our school is right in the heart of the Camp area in Pune. This part of town has a very specific feel to it, with lots of old trees and those colonial-style buildings that have been around forever. Rewachand Bhojwani Academy fits right into that atmosphere. The street is usually lined with parked cars and people walking their dogs under the shade of the big rain trees. Inside the gates, the school is a bit of a maze with different wings and levels that have been built at different times. We have a lot of greenery on the campus, which helps keep things cool when the Pune sun gets a bit too intense. The classrooms are filled with natural light, and we tend to leave the doors open to let the air circulate. It is a place where you will see kids sitting under a tree to read or working on a project in the corridors. We don't go for that overly polished, corporate look; the walls are often covered in student artwork and messy posters that actually show what is happening in the classes. The staff room is always a hub of activity with teachers swapping stories over coffee and trying to organize the next big school event. It is a very relaxed, human environment where the focus is on the people inside the building rather than the building itself.
