We are based in the Camp area, and most people around here just know us as Dr Ratan’s place. It’s a homeopathy clinic, so it’s a bit different from the regular hospitals you might see. The space is small and quiet, tucked away where it’s not too loud. We have been here for a good while, and a lot of the families in the neighborhood have been coming to see Dr Ratan for years. It’s a very simple setup. There are shelves with all the little bottles and a small area where you can sit. It’s not the kind of place with a big reception desk or lots of staff. Usually, it’s just the doctor and maybe one other person helping out. We don’t do any big advertising; people just find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby in Camp. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed. People come in, have a chat about how they’re feeling, and wait for their turn. Sometimes the wait is a bit long if there’s a lot of people, but nobody seems to mind much. The building is older, and you can tell it’s been a clinic for a long time. It feels lived-in and comfortable, not cold like some of those new medical centers. We just focus on the homeopathic side of things and let people come to us when they feel like it. It’s a steady, quiet little corner of the community.
