Doliosis Homoeo Pharma Pvt. Ltd. is situated at S. No. 1073/6 in Pirangut. We are out in the Mulshi district of Pune, which is a bit of a drive from the main city center. Being out here means it is a little quieter than being in the middle of Mumbai or central Pune. We have a fair amount of space at this site to handle our homoeopathic products. The building is functional and straightforward. We have the production area and the storage rooms all in one place. It is a lot of manual work, checking bottles and labels, and making sure the inventory is correct. The staff mostly comes from the nearby villages or the outskirts of the city. We have got a routine that works for us. In the mornings, we check what needs to be shipped out and get started on the batches. Pirangut has developed a lot lately with more industries moving in, but it still has that slightly rural feel in spots. We do not have a fancy cafeteria or anything, just a small break area where we sit and eat our tiffins. It is a relaxed atmosphere at Doliosis Homoeo Pharma, though we stay busy enough.
