Pursuing Mba System

Our spot is at Plot Number 15 in the M I D C Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park. That’s in Hinjewadi, Pune. We are called Pursuing Mba System. Even though we are in a big tech park, we aren't a giant software company with thousands of employees. We are just in one of the smaller plots here. Hinjewadi is always under construction or full of people commuting, so it’s a very busy and sometimes noisy atmosphere. Our space is pretty basic. We have some computers and a lot of books stacked in the corners. It’s not the kind of office with a gym, a fancy lounge, or a cafeteria. We usually just go out to the local food stalls for a bite when we are hungry. We’ve been here for a bit now, watching the tech park grow around us. The 'system' part of our name is just how we like to think about the work. We try to be organized but things get messy sometimes, like any real office where people actually work. We don’t use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just come in, sit at our desks, and get to it. The traffic in Hinjewadi is the main thing we talk about most mornings over coffee. It’s a grit-and-grind kind of place. We like being in the mix of all the IT energy, even if we are just a small operation. It’s a straightforward setup.
