Down in the Bhosari Industrial Estate, specifically at S-18 in the Camp area, that’s where you’ll find us. Pune Techtrol Pvt Ltd has been operating out of this spot for quite some time. Bhosari is a loud, active place with trucks moving in and out at all hours. Our building is just like the others around it—practical and built for work. We do a lot of measuring and control work here. It’s not the kind of thing you can do from a home office; you need the space and the tools. The team here is mostly local folks who have been in the industry for years. We don't really do the whole corporate hierarchy thing. If something needs fixing, whoever sees it first takes care of it. The summers here can get really hot, especially inside the workshop, but we keep the fans going and just get on with it. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go in this estate, but we’ve managed to stay put. The tea breaks are usually the highlight of the day, where we all stand around and talk about the news or the cricket scores. It’s a simple setup, really. We just want to make sure the stuff we send out works the way it’s supposed to. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do best. It keeps us going day in and day out.
