Our workplace is over in the S-Block of the Pesh Ind Premiseco-Op Society Ltd. We are in Gala No. 39 on Plot No. 79/1A. It is a real industrial setting, so it isn't exactly a quiet place to spend the day. You can always hear the sound of other units working nearby. Pune Spice Mill Private Limited fits right in with the other businesses in this block. The gala is a good size for us, allowing enough room for the machinery and the bags of spices that come through here. It is a bit dusty, but that is just part of the job when you are milling and processing things. The society is organized in a way that trucks can come in and out, though it gets tight when everyone is trying to load at the same time. We spend most of our time on the floor, making sure everything is running right. It’s a bit of a gritty environment compared to a standard office, but it is where the real work happens. We don't have much in the way of decoration. The walls are plain and the focus is entirely on the production. Usually, we are too busy to notice the noise. We have our routine down and we stick to it every day. It’s just how things are done at Plot 79/1A. The building is old but it serves the purpose for what we need to do.
