Pune Mobile

Our shop is on the ground floor over at Vishrantwadi Thakur Margh. The exact building is Jai Ganesh Vishwa on Dhanori Road. It’s a busy corner and we see a lot of people passing by every hour. Pune Mobile has been here for a good while now. We don't have a massive showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a practical space with glass counters and a lot of tools for fixing screens. Most of the day we are sitting behind the desk with a magnifying glass or a small screwdriver. People come in with all sorts of issues like broken charging ports or screens that have been dropped. We try to tell them straight if it’s worth fixing or if they should just get something else. We don't have a fancy way of speaking to customers. We just talk like normal people. The shop can get a bit crowded when three or four people are waiting at once but we manage. We have a small radio that plays in the background to keep things lively. We know the area well and we like being on the ground floor where we can see what’s going on outside. It’s a lot of work and our eyes get tired by the end of the day. But we enjoy the feeling of getting a dead phone to turn back on. We aren't some big chain. We’re just a local mobile shop.
