Precision Automation & Robotics India Ltd

We are located out in Narhe, specifically at S/No. 38/2, just off the Pune Singhgad Road. It’s a bit of a drive from the city center, but it’s a good spot for what we do. Precision Automation & Robotics India Ltd is basically a big workshop and assembly area. It’s loud, it’s busy, and there’s always something being welded or put together. We don’t have a fancy reception area with someone waiting to greet you; you usually have to find someone on the floor if you’re looking for help. The guys here are mostly in overalls, and we spend a lot of time looking at metal parts and robotic arms. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and precision work, which sounds like a contradiction but that’s just the job. The road outside can get pretty congested, especially with all the trucks, but we’re used to the noise by now. We take our breaks together and talk about whatever is going on in Pune that weekend. It’s an honest way to make a living. There’s a lot of grease and metal shavings, so it’s not exactly a clean-room environment. We just focus on building the machines and making sure they actually do what they’re supposed to do. It’s a practical place for people who like to work with their hands and figure out how things move. It gets dusty and hot, but we keep the fans going and the coffee coming.
