Out here at 114, Sinnagad Rd in Dhayari, things move pretty fast. We’re Precision Automation & Robotic India Ltd, which sounds a bit more complicated than it feels day-to-day. We spend most of our time with machines and bits of code. The shop floor is usually noisy with the sound of things being put together. It’s a lot of testing and re-testing. Sometimes a robot arm doesn't move the way it's supposed to, and we have to spend the afternoon debugging. We have some smart people here, but we all make mistakes. The office is right next to the assembly area, so you can always hear what’s going on. We eat lunch together most days. It’s not a corporate vibe at all. We just wear work clothes and get our hands dirty when needed. The Dhayari area has grown quite a bit recently. Traffic on Sinnagad Road is getting heavier, which is annoying. We focus on getting the automation bits right. It takes a lot of patience. Sometimes we run out of screws or a specific sensor, and everything pauses for a bit. That’s just part of the job. We don’t have a flashy lobby or anything. It’s just a place where we work on technical stuff. We try to keep things moving. Most of us live nearby, so it’s a local crowd. It works for us. We just keep our heads down and get the machines built properly before the weekend starts.
