Praveen Facilities Management

If you are looking for us, we are located in the Agarwal Chamber, specifically in rooms 301 and 302. This is over in Nigidi, right behind the Orchid Building. We run Praveen Facilities Management from here. It's a decent-sized space but mostly it serves as a base for our team before they head out to different sites. Facility management involves a lot of moving parts that people don't usually see. We deal with the cleaning, the maintenance, and just making sure a building functions throughout the day. It's not the kind of job that gets a lot of praise, but you definitely notice when it isn't done. Our office is usually quiet during the middle of the day because everyone is out working at the client locations around Nigidi. We keep our supplies and schedules here. It’s a lot of paperwork and phone calls to make sure the right person is at the right building at the right time. We have been doing this for a while and we know the local area quite well. We don't really have a fancy reception area because we are usually too busy working to sit around. It’s just us doing the daily grind of keeping places running. Sometimes the elevators break or the lights go out, and we are the ones who get the call to sort it out. That's just how the day goes for us and we've gotten used to the pace.
