Our center is located at House No. 10, S. No. 825 in Dighi. We are quite close to the Kapil Kabada Kutti area in Pune. It is a bit of an out-of-the-way spot if you are coming from the main city center, but it is a good, quiet place for learning. We focus on skill development. This means we help people learn practical things they can use to get jobs or start their own small businesses. The building is a regular house that we’ve converted into a training space. It has a very informal feel to it. People come here to learn things like basic computer skills or vocational crafts. We don't have a big corporate board or fancy marketing slogans. We just show people how to do the work. The team here is small, and we often end up doing everything from teaching to cleaning up the rooms at the end of the day. Dighi is a developing area, so there are always new people moving in who are looking for these kinds of skills. We try to keep the classes affordable and accessible for everyone in the neighborhood. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but we just work around it. It’s a very down-to-earth operation. We are just glad to be able to help folks in Dighi pick up some new skills that might help them out in the long run. It is simple work, but it feels important to the people who come here.
