Gala A-79 on the first floor is where we do our thing every day. Pavana Industrial Premises is a big building with a lot of different small businesses tucked away inside. We are in the T-204 M.I.D.C. section of Bhosari. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs if the freight elevator is being used by someone else for heavy stuff. We have a lot of steel rods and hand tools scattered around our workspace. It is not the cleanest place in the world, but it is a working shop where real things get made. We spend most of our time welding, cutting, and measuring metal parts. It is loud and there are always sparks flying somewhere in the room. We do not have a receptionist or a lobby with magazines for people to read. If you come to see us, you will likely find us in the middle of a job with our sleeves rolled up. We wear earplugs for most of the day because of the constant noise from the machines. The office is just a tiny room with one computer that we mostly use for printing out invoices and bills. We do not have a big mission statement on the wall, just a paper calendar and some old safety posters. We have been here for a good while and we know the other shop owners in the building well. We just take the jobs as they come.
