We are located on Karve Road in the Deccan area, which is always one of the busiest spots in town. You have to look for Regent Chambers to find us. We are right above Parmar Surgical, so most people use that shop as a landmark when they are coming for the first time. The stairs leading up can be a bit of a climb, but there is a lift if you prefer not to walk. The office inside is a bit more modern than some of the older buildings around here, but it’s still pretty simple. We have a front desk where you sign in and a small room where you can wait. Because we are on Karve Road, you can always hear the sound of the buses and horns from outside, though we have tried to shut out most of the noise with the windows. The staff here is small and we mostly focus on the laser work, so it doesn't feel as chaotic as a big general hospital. We spend a lot of time cleaning the equipment and making sure everything is ready for the next person. There isn't a lot of extra space, so we have to stay organized with our supplies and files. Most of us take our lunch breaks at different times so there is always someone at the desk. It’s a convenient location because there are so many shops and banks right outside the door.
