Podar International School

Podar International School is located on Nehru Nagar Road in Pimpri, which is a very busy part of Pune. If you’ve ever been to Pimpri, you know how the traffic can be, especially around the industrial areas. Our school is right in the middle of all that activity. We have a fairly large building to accommodate the kids who come from all over this side of Pune. The mornings are usually a bit chaotic with cars and buses, but once everyone is inside, it settles down into a normal rhythm. We aren't a corporate office; we are a school with real people and real students. The staff spends their time in the classrooms or in the small office area handling the enrollments. We don't have a lot of time for polished presentations. Most of our day is spent dealing with the actual needs of the school and the children. It’s a practical place. We follow the curriculum and try to make sure everything runs smoothly without too many hiccups. The area around Nehru Nagar Road has grown a lot, and we have just grown along with it. It’s a standard school day here, filled with the usual lessons, lunch breaks, and the rush to go home at the end.
