PLASTRO PLASSON INDUSTRIES (INDIA) LTD.

Our place is out here at Plot No. 399 in Urse. If you know the Tal Maval area, you know it’s a bit of a drive from the main city but things are quieter here most days. PLASTRO PLASSON INDUSTRIES (INDIA) LTD. has been operating from this spot for a good while now. The morning shift starts early when the sun is just coming up over the hills. Most of the staff comes in from the nearby villages. We have a lot of plastic pipes and parts sitting in the yard. It’s not a fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s a factory. There is a lot of noise from the machines and people moving boxes around. Some of the guys have worked here for ten or fifteen years. We see the same trucks coming in and out every week. Lunch is usually spent sitting together in the small canteen area. Sometimes the power goes out and we just wait it out. It’s practical work. We don't spend much time on fancy letters or meetings. We just get the orders ready and make sure they get loaded correctly on the lorries. The road outside can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up. We keep the gate open during the day so people can find the office tucked in the back. It’s just how we do things here every day without much fuss or bother.
