Planet Automation Systems

Planet Automation Systems is based right at B2/17 on Gandhi Road in the Bibwewadi area of Ahmedabad. We’re quite close to Vit College, so there’s usually a lot of students and traffic around the neighborhood during the day. We’ve been in this spot for quite a bit now, focusing on automation setups for various clients. The office and workshop are combined into one space, which makes it easier for us to talk to each other without having to send emails across a big building. It’s a simple setup. We have our desks on one side and the tools and parts on the other. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when we’re testing a new system, but that’s part of the job. We aren't really into the whole corporate image thing. We prefer to wear comfortable clothes and just focus on the technical problems people bring us. Being near the college means there's always a good spot nearby to grab a quick snack or a tea when we need a break. Most of our day is spent looking at diagrams or soldering components. We don’t have a big team, just a few dedicated people who know their way around a circuit board. It's a decent place to work, and we like being part of the local scene here in Ahmedabad. We just take each day as it comes and try to get the orders out on time. There’s no big secret to it.
