You can find Patil Engineering & Architects over in Pimpri, at Atma Nagar 21. We have a fairly straightforward setup here that reflects the kind of work we do. Since we handle both the engineering and the architectural side of things, our office is a bit of a mix. You’ll see plenty of technical manuals and steel tables alongside the more creative drawing tools. It’s a functional space. We spend a lot of time looking at structural calculations and making sure the architectural designs are actually feasible from an engineering standpoint. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between those two worlds. The neighborhood in Atma Nagar is mostly quiet, which is helpful when we need to focus on some of the more complex math. We have a few desks, a couple of old computers that still run the software we need, and a shelf full of building codes that we have gathered over the years. People from the local area often drop by to ask about small renovations or new projects. We are just a local business trying to make sure things are built safely and look decent. There isn't anything fancy about how we work; we just use our experience to solve whatever problems come up on the job. We like being in Pimpri because it feels industrious and grounded. It’s a good place for an engineering and architecture firm to be for the long haul.
