Patel Mutton & Chicken Center

This is Patel Mutton & Chicken Center. We are over at Shop No 27 in Phase 1 of Parmar Nagar, which is in Fatima Nagar. It’s a small shop. We get our stock in early. Usually, the morning is the busiest time for us. We’ve been in Fatima Nagar for quite a few years now. People know us around Parmar Nagar. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us working the counters. It gets a bit cold in the mornings during winter. We just keep busy with the orders. Shop No 27 isn't huge, but it fits everything we need. We don't spend money on fancy lights or decorations. We just have the products and the scales. Customers come in, get what they need, and head home. Sometimes we have a chat if it's not too busy. The neighborhood has changed, but our shop stays the same. We deal with the suppliers every day. It’s a lot of lifting and moving things around. We make sure everything is sorted before we open. If you live in Phase 1, you probably walk past us all the time. Patel Mutton & Chicken Center is just a local fixture. We do the same thing every day and that’s fine with us. There’s always some noise from the street, but you get used to it. We keep our tools sharp and our counters clean. It’s hard work, especially when the weather is humid.
