Pandit Clinic

Our clinic is in the Kamlaja Apartment, situated on the 3rd floor just off J M Road in Shivaji Nagar. This part of Pune is always moving, with students and shoppers everywhere. J M Road is one of the busiest streets, so being just off it means we are close to the action but a little bit removed from the loudest noise. The clinic is inside an apartment building, which gives it a different feel than a big hospital. It is more personal. People have to come up to the third floor to see us. We have been in this location for a while, and the neighbors in the building are used to seeing patients coming and going. The space inside is laid out simply with a few rooms for consultations and waiting. We do not use any slick marketing or corporate branding. It is just a place where you can come and talk to a doctor. The staff is small, and we all do a bit of everything, from answering phones to helping with patient records. Because we are in Shivaji Nagar, we see a lot of different people every day. Some are just passing through, and others have been coming to us for years. We like being in this part of town because everything is so close by. The mornings are usually the quietest time before the city really wakes up. We just keep things running and focus on the patients who walk through our door every day.
