Padmashri Montessori Training Academy Private Limited

We run this training academy out of Rahatani, specifically in Onkar Colony near Kalewadi Phata. If you know the main road here, you’ve probably passed by our building at Sr. No. 47/1/B. It’s a busy spot in Pune. We spend our days teaching adults how to use the Montessori method for kids. It is not just about books here. We have all the materials spread out, and people practice with them a lot. The training involves a lot of sitting on the floor and figuring out how child development works in real life. Most people who come to us are looking to start a career in preschools or maybe just want to understand their own kids better. The space isn’t fancy or anything. It is just a practical place to learn. We’ve been in this part of Pune for a while now. The traffic outside can get a bit loud during the rush hours, but inside it stays focused. We try to keep things simple and direct. There are no big corporate speeches here. Just trainers and students working through the modules one by one. Sometimes the schedule gets a bit tight, but we manage. If you are walking around Kalewadi Phata, you can’t miss the turn-off to our colony. It is a local operation through and through. We just wanted a place where the Montessori way could be taught without too much fuss. That is basically what we do every day. We are happy with how things are going so far.
