This is the pharmacy college located in Akurdi, Pune, though the mail often goes through the Mumbai Maharashtra 411044 address system. We are part of a larger campus area that has several different buildings for different subjects. The pharmacy wing is where we spend all our time. It is a busy place with students always running between lectures and the laboratories. You can usually smell the chemicals from the hallways when the practical classes are going on. We have rows of lab benches with glass bottles and scales everywhere. It is a bit of an older building, but it serves us well. The students are mostly young adults who are working hard to get their degrees. There is a lot of coffee drinking and late-night studying happening around here. We have a small library where it is actually quiet, unlike the noisy corridors. Outside, there are some trees where people sit during their breaks to eat lunch. The traffic in Pune can be a headache, but once you are on campus, it feels a bit more separated from the city rush. We just focus on the science and making sure everyone knows their formulas. It is a practical place for people who want to work in medicine and labs. We don't have much time for anything but the coursework and the exams. It keeps us all very busy.
