Optimizt Technologies

We’ve been at Deccan Gymkhana Daskroi 657 for a while now. It's a busy spot with a lot of noise from the street, but it works for us. People often ask what we actually do here at Optimizt Technologies, and mostly it's just technical stuff that helps other businesses get their things in order. We don't have one of those big fancy offices with a waterfall or expensive art on the walls. It’s just some sturdy desks, basic computers, and a few people who really know their way around software and systems. It gets pretty quiet in here during the afternoons when everyone is focused on their screens. We usually just grab tea from the stall around the corner when we need a break from the glare. It isn't always easy to explain the tech side to folks who aren't in the industry, but we try to keep it simple. If you come by, you might see a bit of a mess with tangled cables or stacks of papers on the desks. That's just how we work. We don't spend much time on decorating or making things look corporate because we are too busy with the actual tasks at hand. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic outside gets to be a bit much, but we've gotten used to it over the years. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to do the work that comes our way and do it right. It’s a small team, so we all know each other well. No HR department or complicated rules here. Just work.
