We’re based in Pune, over at Phatak Park in Erandwane. The office is on the second floor, just off Karve Road. It’s actually a nice spot because having the park nearby makes it feel a little less like we’re right in the middle of the city traffic. You can hear the cars on Karve Road, but it’s not too bad once you’re inside. We do a lot of system-related work here, so there are always plenty of computers humming in the background. The office layout is pretty basic, just a bunch of desks and some chairs that have seen better days. We don't really have a big sign out front, so you have to know which building you’re looking for. Most of us have worked here for a while, so we’ve got our own little routines, like who makes the first pot of tea and who forgets to turn off their monitor at night. It’s a practical space. We don’t spend money on expensive art or fancy rugs. We’re more interested in making sure our clients are taken care of and the systems are running like they should. Some days are busier than others, especially when there’s a deadline, and then you’ll see us staying late with some takeout on the desks. It’s an honest day’s work for everyone here. We just like to keep things moving along without making a big production out of it. We like it this way.
