Nitco Tiles Ltd.

We are based in Dhankawadi, at Sai-Sadan on the second floor. It’s flat number 17, and the area is Punayi Nagar. Working for Nitco Tiles Ltd from this spot in Pune keeps us on our toes. The building is a typical residential-commercial mix, so it feels very grounded. We don't have a massive showroom, just a flat where we manage the local tile business. There are always stacks of papers on the desks and maybe a few loose tiles leaning against the wall. Pune traffic can be a mess, so we spend a lot of time coordinating deliveries so they don't get stuck. The neighbors are used to us by now. It’s a simple life here, mostly answering the phone and checking the inventory on the computer. Sometimes people have trouble finding the flat, but once they’re inside, it’s just us working away. We don't go for any of that corporate style. We just want to make sure the right tiles get to the right houses in the area. Some days it’s very quiet and we just do the filing, but then a big project starts and everything gets hectic. It’s a small team and we all just pitch in where needed. No big speeches, just tiles and paperwork every day. We’ve been at this for a bit and it works for us.
