You can find us at Trimurti Classic, Flat No. 6, in Shivram Nagar. We are at Sr. No. 31 in Pune. This area is quite peaceful compared to the city center, but it is still very active with new houses being built. We run the Nitco Tiles business out of this flat. It is a very local setup. We don't have a big staff or a fancy front desk. It is just us handling the day-to-day tasks. We have samples of different tiles that people can come and look at. Most of our customers are folks from around Shivram Nagar who are renovating their places. Pune people can be quite particular about the colors and the finish, so we try to have a good variety on hand. We don't go in for any marketing talk or polished sales pitches. We just show you what is available and tell you how long it will take to get it. Sometimes the afternoons are a bit slow, so we use that time to tidy up or check on orders. It is a very honest and simple way of doing things. We know the local masons and the guys who do the actual tiling work. We've seen this neighborhood change quite a bit over the years.
