Our office is located at 229-B in Sector 26, over in the Pradhikaran area of Nigdi. We’ve been working out of this space for a while now. It’s a consulting setup where we mostly talk to people looking for work and companies that need help finding staff. It’s not a big corporate building, just a regular office space where we can sit down and have a conversation. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at resumes on our screens. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy when everyone is talking at once, but we manage. We aren't trying to be some big global firm; we just focus on the local jobs and people in the area. Most of the folks who come in are from around here or the neighboring sectors. We have a small waiting area with some old magazines and a water cooler that makes a weird noise. The parking outside can be a bit tricky on weekdays, but usually, there’s a spot a block away. We don't wear suits unless we absolutely have to for a meeting. It’s a pretty relaxed atmosphere most of the time. We just try to match the right person with the right job without making it more complicated than it needs to be. It’s interesting work because you get to meet so many different people with different skills every day. It keeps the job from getting boring.
