Nicmar

We are over at E 11 in Sunshine Park. Balewadi has changed a lot since we first set up shop here in Pune. It used to be quieter, but now there’s traffic and new buildings everywhere you look. Our place isn't anything massive, just a regular office space where we get our work done every day. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up because there are so many units, but we usually sort it out with the neighbors. Pune weather is alright most of the year, though it gets dusty with all the construction nearby. We’ve got a small team here. Most of us just commute in, grab some chai from the corner, and start the day. It’s a practical spot for us. People sometimes struggle to find the exact gate in Sunshine Park, but once you’re inside, E 11 is easy to spot. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything like that. The focus is just on the daily tasks. It gets a bit loud during the afternoons when the schools nearby let out. We've been here long enough that the local delivery guys know us by name now. It’s just how it is. Nothing too complicated about how we run things. We just show up, do what needs doing, and head home. That’s pretty much the story of Nicmar here in Balewadi. We are just a local office doing our thing.
