National Insurance Academy

National Insurance Academy is located at the A1 Residence 25 on Balewadi Baner Road. We are out in the NIA PO area of Pune, Maharashtra. The pin code is 411045 if you are trying to find us on a map. Our place is quite large because we have people staying here while they learn about insurance. It is a bit of a campus feel, but without all the noise you might expect. We have classrooms where we go over the different types of insurance policies and how the whole industry works. It’s a lot of studying and sitting through lectures. We also have the residence part where the students can sleep and eat while they are here for their training. It makes things easier for everyone since they don't have to commute every day in the Pune traffic. The atmosphere is generally pretty serious because there is a lot of information to cover in a short amount of time. We spend our days organizing the schedules and making sure the instructors have what they need for their classes. It’s a practical setup designed for learning. We’ve been out here on Balewadi Baner Road for a while now, and it’s a good spot for this kind of work. It’s quiet enough that people can actually focus on their books. We just keep things running so the training can happen like it’s supposed to. It is just how we do things here.
