National Aids Research Institute

National Aids Research Institute is located at P No 73 Block G in the Bhosari Indl Estate. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always a lot of activity with trucks and people moving around during the day. We spend most of our time inside the building dealing with all the research work that comes through. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where the team gets things done. Sometimes the noise from the nearby factories gets a bit much, but you get used to it after a few months. Most people find us by looking for the Block G signs because the estate is quite large and it’s easy to take a wrong turn if you aren't careful. We’ve been here for a good bit now, and the routine stays mostly the same. The labs are the main part of what we do, and the staff is usually head down in some project or another. We don't really do big meetings or anything like that; it’s more about just keeping up with the daily tasks. If you come by, you’ll see the parking lot is usually full by nine. It's a straightforward place with concrete walls and plenty of filing cabinets. We try to keep things organized, but in a research setting, there’s always paperwork everywhere. It’s just how it is when you’re trying to track so much information over long periods of time. We’re just a bunch of regular people working here in Bhosari. We like it here.
