Nartya Kala Mandir

Nartya Kala Mandir is located in the Wakad area of Pune, right along the 132 Ft Ringroad. We are very close to the Jaymangal Bus Stand, which makes it easy for people to find us. Our studio is a place where we teach various forms of dance to whoever is interested. It’s a large, open room with wooden floors that have seen a lot of use over the years. We don't have any corporate backing or fancy marketing; it’s just a local dance school run by people who love the art. You’ll usually hear the sound of bells and rhythmic music coming from our windows. The traffic on the Ringroad is always moving, but once you step inside, the focus is entirely on the dance. We have classes for different age groups, and it’s always a mix of serious practice and a bit of fun. We don't make big promises about fame; we just teach the steps and the movements as they should be done. Sometimes the floor needs polishing or the sound system acts up, but we just fix it and keep going. It’s a community-centered place where people come to learn something traditional. We’ve been part of the Wakad landscape for a while now, and we’re happy to be near such a well-known landmark like the bus stand. It’s just us doing what we know best in our simple studio every day.
