Our office is tucked away in the Business Point, specifically Cabin No. 240 in the Narayan Chamber. We’re located at 555 Narayan Peth. It’s a bit of a maze in this building sometimes, but once you find our cabin, you’ll see we’re all about flooring. We have samples of different materials lying around everywhere—wood, laminate, and some newer stuff. It’s not the biggest space, so we have to be smart about where we put everything. Working in Narayan Peth means we’re right in the heart of things, which is great for being close to our suppliers but a bit of a headache for parking. Most of the time, we’re out visiting sites or talking to people about what kind of floor would work best in their homes. We don’t really do the high-pressure sales thing. We just show what we have and tell people what it costs. The building we're in is quite old and has a lot of character, but the stairs can be a bit much if you’re carrying heavy samples. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work through the paperwork. It’s a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything, from answering the door to lugging boxes. We’ve been doing this for a few years now and have learned a lot about what works and what doesn't in this climate.
