Pearl Automation is located at PAP J-181 in the MIDC area of Bhosari. If you are looking for us, we are right behind the Quality Circle Forum of India. That landmark usually helps people find the turn-off. The workshop stays quite busy with various bits and pieces of automation gear lying around on the tables. It’s an industrial neighborhood, so you see a lot of trucks and delivery vans moving around all the time. We have a small corner for tea and lunch, but most of the floor is taken up by the equipment we use for our daily tasks. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we have some big fans that keep the air moving. We aren't really a corporate office; it’s more of a place where things actually get built and tested. The staff knows the routine well, and we don’t spend much time on meetings or big speeches. We just look at the drawings and get to work on whatever is on the bench that morning. Sometimes the power fluctuates, which is typical for Bhosari, but we manage to stay on track. It’s a decent place to work if you like being hands-on. We don't have any shiny brochures or anything. Usually, people just come by because they heard we were back here behind the forum. We just try to keep the benches organized and the tools in the right place.
