It is an older building and the stairs are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful when you are carrying heavy boxes up to the office. We have been in this spot for several years now and we have gotten used to the quirks of the place. The complex is full of all sorts of small businesses, so there is always someone moving around in the hallways. Our room is a mix of an office and a small workshop area where we handle the automation gear. It is not the most modern setup, but it serves its purpose. We have shelves stacked high with old manuals and spare parts that we have collected over the time we have been here. Most days are spent troubleshooting things or putting together new systems for our customers. It is a lot of hands-on work and things can get a bit dusty. We do not have a big fancy sign outside, just a small nameplate so people know they have the right door. Lunch is usually a quick affair at our desks, or maybe we go to the small canteen downstairs if we have a bit more time. It is a quiet, straightforward operation. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and try to keep things moving along as best as we can.
