If you are walking around Seasons Mall in Hadapsar, you will find us on the ground floor at unit G 27. It is a big mall and Pune stays pretty active, so there is always someone coming through the doors. We mostly just stand around, help people find their size, and put boxes back on the shelves. Working in a mall is different than a street shop because the air conditioning is always on, which is nice. We see a lot of families on the weekends. It gets quite loud when the crowds come in after work hours. We have a lot of different styles sitting around, and we try to keep the place tidy, though it gets messy fast when it is busy. The staff here are just regular folks from around Pune. We talk about our lunch breaks and the commute. Nothing too special happens most days, just the usual routine of opening up and counting the stock. Being in Hadapsar means we get a mix of office workers and locals. We just focus on what is in front of us. Some days are slow, and we just sit and wait. Other days we can barely catch a breath. That is just how it goes in the shoe trade. We are right there on the ground level if you ever pass by the mall and need to stop in.
