Abba Shoes & Bags

I started Abba Shoes & Bags here at 4 24Th Main Camp because I needed something to do and I knew a bit about shoes. People stop by looking for something for work or just to walk around. It’s a small place, really. We keep bags in the back and shoes out front. Sometimes the shelves get a bit messy when we’re busy, but we try to keep things organized. I’ve been in the camp area for a while now. It’s mostly just me here. I don't try to sell people stuff they don't need. If the bag doesn't fit your lunchbox or your laptop, I'll tell you. The shoes we have are decent. They aren't fancy or anything, but they get the job done for walking on these streets. We get a lot of regulars who just want a new pair of sandals or a sturdy backpack for school. I try to stay open late enough for people coming home from work. It gets dusty being near the main road, so I spend a lot of time wiping things down. Most of the stuff comes from suppliers I’ve known for years. It isn't anything fancy. It's just a shop. You can find us right on the 24Th Main. Sometimes the sign out front flickers, but we're here. If you're looking for something specific, you can ask, but I usually just have what's on the shelf. That’s about it for us.
