We chose this spot in the 411045 zip code area because it’s where things are happening. It’s a regular office space, nothing fancy or over the top. We do our diagnostic work here every day. The building is usually pretty busy with other folks coming and going. Sometimes the elevators take a minute, but that’s just how it goes in these taller buildings. We’ve been here in Maharashtra for a while now. The team is just a handful of us making sure everything runs smooth. We don't spend much on big signs or anything. We mostly just focus on the files and the data we have to process. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but inside we just stick to the work. It’s a decent place to be based. We know the local shops around Baner for lunch breaks. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job at Metaphase and go home at the end of the shift. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We've got our setup in B-603 and it suits what we need. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing medical diagnostic tasks in Pune.
