Mechatronics Innovation Technologies

We are tucked away in the Ganga Housing Society over in Chinchwad. It’s not your typical industrial setup; we’re in Flat B2 on Plot Cdc Pcntda. It’s a bit of a mix of residential and small offices here. Mechatronics Innovation Technologies is basically a few rooms filled with computers, wires, and testing boards. It’s quieter than a factory, but we’re still working on technical stuff every day. Chinchwad is a big hub for auto and manufacturing, so we are right in the middle of it all. We spend a lot of time staring at screens or soldering small components. The flat gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of parts delivered at once. We usually have the balcony door open to get some air while we work. It’s just a small team of us. We don’t have a front desk or a receptionist. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up from the workbench to see who it is. We deal with a lot of sensors and automated parts for bigger machines. It’s a lot of trial and error. Sometimes a project takes weeks of just sitting and thinking about how to fix a bug. We eat lunch at our desks most days while watching videos or chatting. It’s a simple life, focused on making things work. The neighbors are used to us by now. We just carry on with our technical tasks and try to stay organized.
