Leaptor

Our workshop is out on Dehu Alandi Road, specifically around Gat 60-61 in Chikhali. If you know this part of the city, you know it’s mostly industrial and can get quite dusty with all the trucks moving around. We’ve been operating from this spot for a good bit now. It’s a practical space, mostly filled with the machinery and equipment we use daily. It isn't the kind of place with air-conditioned lobbies or receptionists in suits. We usually have grease on our hands and a lot of noise from the tools. The road outside is always busy, especially with the commuters heading towards Alandi. We start early because the heat gets a bit much by the afternoon. Most of the guys here live nearby, so we’ve got a good rhythm going. We focus on the hardware and making sure things are put together right. Sometimes the delivery trucks get lost looking for the gate, but they eventually find us. It’s a hands-on environment. We don't spend much time on fancy meetings; we’d rather be on the floor seeing how the assembly is going. There’s a small tea stall just down the road where we all go for breaks. It’s nothing fancy, just a solid place to work. We’ve got a lot of metal and parts sitting around, which is just how an industrial unit looks. We just keep our heads down and finish the orders that come in, day after day, without making much of a fuss.
