We’ve been here at Padmashree Plot No 12 in Mayur Colony for a good while now. Kothrud is a busy part of Pune, and our office sits right in the middle of all that movement. Seed Management Services isn't some fancy high-rise operation; it's just us working through files and managing the tasks that come our way every morning. Most days start with a lot of tea and a long list of things to get through before the sun goes down. People often find us because they know the area well or they’ve seen the sign near the gate. The building itself is pretty quiet, which helps when we have to focus on the paperwork. We don’t really do much shouting about what we do. We just show up, open the doors, and get to it. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but inside, we keep things moving along. It’s a lot of organizing and making sure everything is where it should be. Dealing with management stuff means there is always a folder that needs looking at or a person waiting for an answer. We try to keep it simple here. If you walk down the lane in Mayur Colony, you’ll see our spot. It’s nothing too flashy, just a solid place where the work gets done by people who’ve lived in Pune for years. We like the routine of it all and being part of the neighborhood.
