Marshal Cadet Force (Opc) Private Limited is based in Pimple Nilakh. We are over at Vishal Nagar in a building called Navkar Mantra. Our office is unit A/801 on the 8th floor. It’s a residential-cum-commercial area, so it’s quite peaceful compared to the main city center of Pune. From the 8th floor, we get a pretty good view of the surrounding neighborhood. Pimple Nilakh has grown a lot over the last few years. There are new shops and apartments popping up everywhere. Our building is relatively new and kept in good shape. We have a small team here, so the office doesn't feel too crowded. We’ve set up our desks in the main room of the flat. It’s a simple arrangement. There are no fancy partitions or executive suites. We just sit together and get on with the work. Sometimes we have people coming in to ask about what we do, but mostly it’s just us. The commute isn't too bad for those living in the Pimpri-Chinchwad area. There’s a nice breeze that comes through the windows in the evening, which is great because it can get quite stuffy during the day. We usually head out for lunch to one of the local spots in Vishal Nagar. It’s a decent, quiet place to spend the workday without too much fuss or distraction. It works well for our small group.
